Billing Statement Delay


It has been brought to our attention that due to an electronic error, delivery of this month's billing statements have been delayed. The problem has been midigated and you can expect to receive your statements shortly. If you have questions about your balance due or would like to pay at this time, you may do so by calling (208)278-5338 or pay online at www.npidaho.com. Thank you for your patience.

Normally, bills are generated on or soon after the first of each month. Payments are due upon receipt and are considered past due on the 25th of each statement period.

We accept payments in person, by mail, and through our convenient drop box located right outside City Hall.  Credit payment online or by phone is also available (4% merchant service fee will be applied).
