City Hall will be closing at noon on Thursday, January 2nd and will be closed Friday, January 3rd due to illness.
If you would like to pay your utility bill at this time, please refer to the WEB ID number on your statement and go to https://npidaho.payacp.com/home to pay online where you may choose to pay by credit/debt/checking. You may also drop off your payment in the dropbox outside the entrance to City Hall.

The City Council Meeting for Monday, January 6th has also been cancelled due to lack of quorum.
