We were made aware that there was a data error in JANUARY paper billing statements.
Although our January usage calculations are confirmed to be correct in our billing system at city hall, your DECEMBER bill was mistakenly sent out. Sometimes it seems, technology does not work in our favor. However, if you have any concerns that your BALANCE appears to be incorrect on your statement and would like a verbal confirmation or REPRINT of your January bill please call 278-5338 or check your balance on the pay portal.
